About the Role
As a Senior Geotechnical Engineer, you will deliver high-quality geotechnical solutions in a responsive, collaborative, and client-centric way. You’ll work closely with a range of clients including utilities, councils, commercial and residential developers to:
Assess land stability, liquefaction, and slope failures, providing remediation solutions.
Lead foundation, retaining wall, and ground improvement design.
Oversee bulk earthworks, site development, and infrastructure geotechnics.
Review reports, provide technical feedback, and mentor junior engineers.
Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction.
Support and develop junior engineers.

Skills & Experience
Bachelor's/Master's in Geotechnical Engineering or Engineering Geology.
10 years' geotechnical engineering experience.
Ideally have broad technical experience across foundations, retaining walls, ground improvement, land and slope stability, slip remediation, and seismic assessments.
Proficiency in WALLAP, Rocscience (Slide2, Settle3, RS Pile), CAD, CPeT-iT, and CLiq software will be highly regarded.
Strong communication skills and emerging delivery management skills.
