Fonterra Te Rapa Industrial Precinct
This project involves rezoning 91ha of land to enable an industrial precinct that includes manufacturing, logistics and yard activities. The project also includes additional landscaping requirements to protect the Waikato River and Te Rapa Stream and to future-proof rail access to the North Island Main Trunk Line.
Soil & Rock Consultants conducted an in-depth geotechnical investigation to support the proposed plan change, including hazard assessment, stability analysis and regular groundwater monitoring.
Kerepehi Water Treatment Reservoirs
Construction of 2 x 1,000,000L water reservoirs for the Hauraki District Council. Soil & Rock provided a breadth of geotechnical expertise including a geotechnical investigation, liquefaction analysis, geotechnical foundation and design recommendations, and preload assessments.
Water Treatment Plant - Cambridge
Construction of a new water treatment plant at Parallel Road in Cambridge comprising multiple tanks, settlement ponds, plant building and pump house.
Soil & Rock completed the initial geotechnical investigation and foundation design reporting to support the development. We also provided earthworks and construction monitoring and certification.
